We got a Virgin Mi Fi. Days before the recall ours just quit working. I called the place I got it and they told me about the recall. I called Virgin and they sent me 3 sticks for the 3 computerd we have that used the system. When I got my bill I was charged for the 3 sticks. Trying to get some one there that knows what is really going on is very hard. Solutions doesn’t seem to have any solutions.

With batteries it’s always a crapshoot. Remember a few years ago when millions of notebook batteries were deemed dangerous an recalled? Funny thing is I was looking into getting in of these as a mobile Internet solution but now I’m thinking twice.

I sometimes wonder how this stuff gets past the engineers. Isn’t there any sort of testing done?
